In case you missed the news, Heartland Farm Sanctuary made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 in person Gala at The Edgewater.

Instead, we are transforming our Gala into a 10-year Anniversary Virtual Day of Giving on October 1st! We are relying on the support from our community more than ever to meet our fundraising goal of $150,000 - crucial funding we simply cannot lose, especially since Covid has cost us an additional $120,000 in lost program revenue.

This was not an easy decision to make, as our Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year and we rely on that revenue to continue our daily operations; however, we feel it is essential to ensure our community's safety and continue to do our part to limit community spread of Covid-19. Although we will miss celebrating all of the amazing work your support makes possible each year, know that we are appreciative of your support now more than ever.
